i was 65 this morning, but when i hopped back on the scale later it said 66 again *need 65*
today
breakfast: rice cake with strawberry jam and 1 cup fruit juice
lunch: salad, with saldy things feta mustard and mayonnaise *blergh* and two vegetarian burger patties fake chicken type things *partial purge*
+ chocalate milkshake
+ 11 sour cream rice cracker type things
yip, disaster, no more food today *or ever*
