ah well now

going to weigh myself later, just ate, and by ate i actually mean 'a.t.e'

today:
breakfast: 1/4 cup of muesli with milk (shoo, one whole quarter, madness)
lunch: tuna salad, smoked fish stuff, pate *purged* *although probably not too successfully*
+ 7 pieces of gum (3 cal each) *is that schmeh! or pff! who can decide?*
supper: 2 rice cakes with hummus, tomato, lettuce, salt&pepper + a whole tomato -sliced- with s&p

hmmm, gonna weigh self later, and i just know i'm gonna have gained, aaaaaaaaaaaagggghhhhhhhhhhhh
