a little bit at a time

I just read something about how physical reminders are really helpful. So i've recommitted with my own no-jonas style promise ring. no eating. until you have to (and i know when that is!). otherwise the ring is coming off. it's beautiful; silver and fine, two hands holding intertwined. lovely. promises. lovely promises. a promise to be lovely.
