today i am only allowed a boiled egg for dinner with mountain of lettuce. that's it. I ate crap again this morning; muesli... then a slice protein... then a pickle and a half and another slice with heaps of mayonnaise (such a fucktard)... then a slice of toast with real butter : ( and mustard and a tomato.
This is disgusting. I am disgusting.
