1 x coffee (fat free milk, no sugar)
1 x iced coffee (fat free milk, 1.5 x brown sugar & a sprinkle of cinnamon)
½ a cup of vegetable soup
1 x bowl of lettuce & spinach
4 x slices of fresh mango, mmmgood day!!! which means i get to post some thinspo!!! okay... will be strict with self... just one... still : )
