breakfast: 1/4 cup muesli with no-fat milk
lunch: 2 rice cakes with hummus
1 large tomato

(friends bday thinging .: can make exscuses about the pressures of social eating *bollocks*)
damage: 1 piece lemon cake stuff + 1 brownie (major fail of a caloric burden)
supper: 8 pieces spicy salmon california, 8 salmon maki
+ 2 salmon roses, 1 tuna maki (friend's leftovers... she's overcoming a sushi aversion)
+ 2 glugs (as in immodest sips) of lemonade ( a total woc - waste of calories)
+ 5 glugs (regular!) coke (more wocing)
... so, I ate like a moderately normal person... which is, of course, entirely unacceptable...
